Schwanenwik Immobilienkontor is an independent real estate brokerage in Hamburg. We are not a franchise, a corporation, or a call center. We are three partners who together bring over 60 years of experience in the best residential neighborhoods of this city and have decided to make real estate advice the way our clients themselves would want it.
Our office is located at ABC-Straße 10 in Hamburg. We are where our clients are at home. We know the streets, the buildings, the history of the locations we represent.

Eike C. Schulz is a highly experienced real estate advisor in Hamburg and the surrounding area. After years as a self-employed senior real estate advisor at Engel & Völkers, with a focus on marketing residential apartments, houses and villas, including properties in need of renovation and historic properties, he co-founded and built up Schwanenwik Immobilienkontor.
From the very beginning, the goal was to offer owners and buyers an independent, personal alternative to the major franchise companies, with a clear focus on quality, reliability, and advice that is tailored to the actual requirements.
His expertise covers residential and investment properties as well as luxury properties, land, development projects and commercial space. He is particularly appreciated for his precise market price analyses and his calm, factual approach, without sales pressure, with a genuine interest in the specific situation of his clients.
Steffen Voß brings analytical depth as a civil engineer with urban planning expertise, which is rare in the real estate business. He not only understands the market, but also the city: development plans, development potential, and location qualities.
